In the “Services” module, additional services provided by the enterprise are considered, such as renting out its spaces, collecting payments from tenants for electricity (light), water, heating, etc. This module automates the accounting process in this area and the creation of all necessary primary documents.
The following directories are used in this module:
- Services Directory
- Departments Directory
- Branches Directory
- Accounts Directory
These directories are primarily used within documents. This working principle is highly convenient because when entering a specific item in a document, the user can not only select the necessary item from the directory but also add/edit/delete directory items.
“The provision of services” Document
The “Provision of Services” document is intended for registering the provision of additional services (rental of premises, provision of utility services: electricity, water, heating, etc.) to clients.
